Our office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:30am–5pm. Please note, all visits must be pre-arranged via phone or email.
Which holidays are you closed?
We’re closed on UK public and bank holidays. These days don’t count as working days.

Can you print something that’s not on your website?
We’ve covered most marketing needs, but if you don’t see what you’re after, just contact us. We’ll do our best to help.
How do I choose what I want?
It’s simple! Browse the product categories like business cards, flyers, or leaflets. Customise your specs as needed. If a specific option isn’t listed, fill in the form on the product page, and we’ll adjust it once we’ve reviewed your request and provide an accurate quote.
How is my product printed?
Not all printing is the same. Our products are ‘business class’ quality at ‘economy class’ prices. We use High Definition Reproduction, so your text and images look sharp and vibrant. Trust us—you’ll be impressed.
Where is my product printed?
Most of our products are printed in the UK. For specialist items, we work with trusted third-party suppliers in the UK.
Can you print on recycled paper?
Absolutely! We offer recycled options for leaflets, letterheads, and compliment slips, made from 100% post-consumer waste. Look for the recycled description when choosing your product.
What if I need a different size?
No problem! Contact us with the size you need, and we’ll see what we can do. If you stick to standard sizes, you’ll get the best price.
Can I get something bespoke?
If you’re after a truly bespoke design that’s exclusive to you, Design & Print might not be the right fit. Feel free to reach out, and we’ll advise on the best route.
How is my product printed?
We print using lithographic full colour on B1 presses. Orders are batched with similar jobs to keep costs down while maintaining top quality. This approach ensures great value and stunning results.
Will the paper be the same when I re-order?
We source responsibly from the best paper mills in Europe, which means slight variations in stock (like texture or shade) can happen. This approach lets us keep prices competitive while stretching your budget further.
