At Design & Print, all orders are custom-made to your specifications and often personalised to your unique requirements. As a result, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, and refunds are generally not available.

Exceptions

In the unlikely event that an item does not meet our published specifications, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or resolution. Each case will be carefully reviewed to ensure our standards are upheld.
